Trusso Group, a leading Swiss fiduciary, accounting and business advisory platform serving SMEs, has entered into a strategic partnership with Ferax Treuhand AG. Ferax Treuhand is a well-established, state-supervised audit and accounting firm based in Zurich, with a particular focus on audit services for the insurance sector.
Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Trusso in this transaction.
