Martin Leu is a partner at Bär & Karrer AG and specializes in M&A tax, restructurings and reorganizations as well as national and international corporate tax law.
He advises Swiss and foreign clients on all tax-related matters in M&A transactions and financial restructurings. In addition, he has broad experience in the areas of tax compliance, the implementation of employee schemes, and financial recovery measures.
Martin Leu regularly lectures at domestic conferences, universities and business schools on topics such as M&A tax, corporate tax law, reorganizations, employee schemes and financial recovery.
He is teaching at the EXPERTSuisse training program which prepares candidates for the federal examinations to become certified tax experts. Martin is a member of EXPERTSuisse and IFA Switzerland.
