Raoul Stocker has extensive expertise across all areas of tax law and advises both corporate and private clients on complex tax matters. His practice focuses on cross-border transaction and structuring planning, as well as transfer pricing.
He has particular experience in handling international tax disputes, especially within the framework of mutual agreement procedures (APAs and MAPs).
Raoul Stocker is an Honorary Professor of Tax Law at the University of St. Gallen and serves as Director of the Institute for Law and Economics (ILE) at the University of St. Gallen.
