Wanted: Master organisers with a knack
for keeping track.

Planning, organising, problem solving, tyingup administrative loose ends and alwayshaving a clear overview.

You love making things happen and being indispensable. As an assistant to one of our lawyers, you’ll be responsible for keeping track of all administrative matters.

Speaking to internal and external clients, organising meetings, appointments and trips, writing legal reports (from dictation), and taking care of correspondence. In other words, you’ll act as a central hub of support to free up your lawyer to focus on their cases and clients.

You’ll make sure that everything runs smoothly in the team: one of our principles is providing modern, top-notch working conditions. Despite the high pressure to perform and meet deadlines, we cultivate a friendly atmosphere. It is not uncommon for colleagues to spend time together outside of work, and every two years we non-lawyers take a company trip to a city in Europe.

We’re the right employer for you if you thrive in a lively and sometimes hectic environment, if you have a knack for being organised, if you’re multilingual, and if you value a positive team atmosphere as much as we do.
I really like the team spirit here. Feeling challenged and being able to contribute are things I truly appreciate.r. Ich schätze es, gefordert zu sein und mich einbringen zu können.
