Corina Moschen

Corina Moschen specializes in advising both domestic and international clients on all aspects of real estate law. Her experience covers a wide range of real estate transactions, including asset deals, share deals, large-scale portfolio transactions, sale-and-lease-back arrangements, acquisitions of real estate companies, and development projects.
She has particular expertise in Swiss legislation on the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad (Lex Koller) and provides guidance on the restrictions these regulations impose on international investors. Corina also advises private, institutional, and commercial clients on tenancy law, private and public construction law, and represents them in related litigation. Additionally, she counsels clients on real estate fund matters.
Beyond her real estate practice, Corina advises on corporate law matters, such as private M&A transactions, carve-outs, reorganizations, and restructurings.
