Laura Widmer heads Bär & Karrer's employment department.
Her practice focuses on advising Swiss and foreign individuals and entities on various aspects of Swiss employment law, particularly with regard to individual and mass dismissals, transactions, reorganizations and compensation matters as well as HR investigations. She regularly represents clients in employment disputes before state courts.
