Tim Salz regularly advises on national and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition financings, project and infrastructure financings, as well as ship financings. He also assists clients with intra-group financings, particularly in connection with cash pooling structures.
Another key focus of his practice is advising on mergers and acquisitions, both in the area of small and medium-sized enterprises and in transactions involving large corporations. In addition, Tim Salz advises on general corporate and commercial law matters.
