Strategic Business Combination with AMCO

CPM Partners, an international group headquartered in Switzerland, majority-owned by funds advised by Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) and among the world's leading consultancies in corporate performance management and CFO advisory, has entered into an agreement to join forces with Netherlands-headquartered AMCO Group. The combined group will continue to be backed by funds advised by DPE, an established growth partner for mid-sized companies, primarily in the DACH region. The transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.

Bär & Karrer is acting as Swiss legal advisor to CPM Partners in this transaction. The team is led by Raphael Annasohn and includes Julian Lindt, Dimitry Bölsterli and Chiara Condello (all M&A), Faton Aliu, Colin Giezendanner, Jorgos Boulamatsis, Nikolaus Lange and Tim Salz (all Financing), Susanne Schreiber and Martin Leu (both Tax), as well as Julia Eiholzer (Notarial Services).
