Pharmalys Laboratories, a global provider of premium infant nutrition products, has partially sold Nutrilife Laboratories to HOCHDORF Swiss Nutrition, to establish a joint venture combining HOCHDORF's Swiss manufacturing excellence with Pharmalys' strong brand portfolio and international market reach, establishing a strong platform for long-term growth in the global infant nutrition sector.

The team of Bär & Karrer led by Ralph Malacrida acted as legal advisor to Pharmalys Laboratories in this transaction. The team included Jorgos Boulamatsis (M&A), Tim Salz, Dominique Simmen and Steven Gscheider (all Financing), Christine Schweikard (IP/IT) as well as Martin Werner (Antitrust).
