Bär & Karrer Advised BC Partners on its
investment in InfoRLife in partnership
with Italy's ACS Dobfar

BC Partners, a leading international investment firm, announced that it has agreed to acquire a co-control stake in InfoRLife SA (“InfoRLife”) from its founder and CEO Sergio Dusci and the founding families of ACS Dobfar (“ACS”).

Founded in 2002 as a division of ACS, InfoRLife is the only pure-play B2B dossier developer and CDMO specialising in the ready-to-use IV infusion bag market. Headquartered in Switzerland, the company provides end-to-end development, manufacturing, and out-licensing capabilities and operates three sites across Switzerland, Romania, and Tunisia.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal and tax advisor to BC Partners in connection with this transaction.
