Bär & Karrer Advises Farner Consulting on the Acquisition of yjoo communications

Farner Consulting AG has signed a purchase agreement regarding yjoo communications ag; the transaction will be completed in the beginning of 2017. With this step, the owner-managed consulting company Farner Consulting expands its service range in the Brand Communications field and strengthens the creative department.

Bär & Karrer is acting as legal advisor to Farner Consulting AG in this transaction. The team includes Christoph Neeracher, Philippe Seiler and Joël Rohrer (all M&A), Susanne Schreiber and Michael Abegg (both Tax) as well as Laura Widmer (Employment).
