on its Acquisition of Oxyphen

Filtration Group, Chicago, an affiliate of Madison Industries, acquired the Swiss Oxyphen Group, an innovator in track-etched membranes.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal advisor to Filtration Group in this transaction.
