Luca Jagmetti has specialized in domestic and international private M&A transactions, restructurings, venture capital financing, and general corporate, commercial and employment matters, including related proceedings (such as post-M&A litigations and disputes under shareholders' agreements). During his practice, he gained particular experience in complex carve-out transactions, management participation schemes, accounting disputes and regarding the logistics industry in general.
Luca Jagmetti has several speaking engagements on carveout transactions and other M&A-related topics (e.g. Akademie der Treuhand-Kammer; Seminar on Mergers & Acquisitions for practitioners; Course on Commercial Law of the University of St. Gallen; LL.M. program of the University of Zurich).
