Bär & Karrer advises Travelnode in the
Acquisition of Rentlio

Travelnode, the hospitality technology platform backed by Sandberg Capital and ARX Equity Partners, has acquired Rentlio, one of Croatia's leading hotel management software providers. This transaction represents another important milestone in Travelnode's buy-and-build strategy and further strengthens its position as one of the leading technology platforms in the European hotel industry.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal advisor to Travelnode in this transaction. The team was co-led by Philippe Seiler and Ronny Schmid and included Sebastian Sutter, Dennis Loki and William Frauenfelder (all M&A), Julia Eiholzer (Notarial Services) and Martin Leu (Tax).
