Ronny Schmid co-heads the M&A practice group in our Geneva office. He specializes in international (cross-border) and national transactions, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized deals. He also has solid expertise in inheritance and contract law and advises private individuals (business succession, estate planning, private asset transactions) and SMEs (corporate and commercial matters, incl. restructuring and insolvency) in various areas and sectors. Ronny Schmid is a native speaker of German and French and assists clients in all linguistic regions of Switzerland.
