Bär & Karrer Advises the Sellers on the
Sale of a majority stake in the Dovida
Group (formerly Home Instead)

The shareholders of the Dovida Group sold a majority stake in the company to Ardian. The Dovida Group (formerly Home Instead) is one of the world's largest provider of non-medical home care services, primarily for seniors. As part of the transaction, the founder and CEO together with Verium investors will participate in the acquisition company.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to the sellers in this transaction.
