YOC AG, a German ad tech company listed on the Prime Standard of Deutsche Börse, purchased all shares of the Zurich based theINDUSTRY AG. theINDUSTRY AG is a technology company that develops and sells digital advertising solutions and advises clients in relation to their advertising campaigns.
