Bär & Karrer Advises Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) on the Acquisition of a Majority Stake in CPM Partners

Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) has entered into a purchase agreement with the founders and shareholders of CPM Partners regarding the acquisition of a majority stake in CPM Partners. CPM Partners is a leading consulting and technology services company specialized in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and supports customers across a broad range of industries mainly in optimizing and automating key financial processes.

Bär & Karrer is acting as legal advisor to DPE in this transaction.
