Bär & Karrer Advised Omnes Education in the Context of its Acquisition of EU Business School

Bär & Karrer, Eight Advisory and Eight Advisory Tax conducted the financial and tax due diligence, as well as the tax structuring for Omnes Education in the context of its acquisition of EU Business School. This transaction will allow the OMNES Education Group to strengthen its position as a leading European player in Spain, Switzerland and Germany.

OMNES Education is a private multidisciplinary higher education and research group specializing in management, engineering sciences, political science, communication and creation. OMNES Education trains 32,000 students and 2,000 executives each year. The EU Business School (EU) is a top-ranking private international business school with campuses in Barcelona, Geneva and Montreux, and Munich. EU students benefit from an international environment with students and faculty of more than 100 nationalities and an alumni network of more than 27,000 members.
