Bär & Karrer Advises Endra on the
Acquisition of Planlabs

Endra, a provider of AI-powered software for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering, has acquired Planlabs, a Swiss AI company. The acquisition supports the expansion of Endra’s platform into mechanical engineering.

Founded in 2024, Planlabs develops AI technology to automate the design of building systems. Its team will join Endra.

Bär & Karrer acted alongside BAHR Sweden as legal advisor to Endra in this transaction. The team was led by Raphael Annasohn and included Julian Lindt, Dimitry Bölsterli and Chiara Condello (all M&A), David Ballmer (IP), Martin Leu and Christina Fricker (both Tax), Manuel Schmid (Employment), as well as Ferdinand Rombach (Data Protection).
