Property Funds Ltd on the launch of the
SFER Redevelopment L-QIF.

Swiss Finance & Property Funds Ltd (SFP Funds Ltd) has on 24 November 2025 launched the SFER Redevelopment L-QIF. The fund has the regulatory status of a Limited Qualified Investor Fund (L-QIF). It has been developed in cooperation with EROP Real Estate & Partners AG (EROP) and invests in real estate projects, focusing on the redevelopment of properties and creating additional living space.
