Bär & Karrer advises Oxford University
Press on its acquisition of S. Karger

Oxford University Press, the publishing house of the University of Oxford and the world's largest university press, has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in S. Karger AG. Headquartered in Basel, S. Karger AG is a renowned specialist publisher focusing on medical and scientific publications. Completion of the transaction is expected to take place in the coming weeks.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to Oxford University Press in this transaction.
