Gimv and EGS Beteiligungen AG reinforce their strategic support for SpineArt SA through the participation in a CHF 25 million capital increase. SpineArt SA is a global medtech innovator specialising in innovative solutions for spinal surgery. Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Gimv in this transaction.
