Dr. Linus Zweifel

Linus Zweifel conseille ses clients, cotés ou non cotés en bourse, en matière de M&A ainsi que dans d’autres domaines du droit des contrats, des sociétés et commercial. Il intervient également dans le cadre des litiges associés à son champ d’expertise. Linus Zweifel a achevé sa formation à l’Université de Saint-Gall en 2016. De 2014 à 2018, il était assistant de recherche de deux chaires de cette même institution avant de devenir Junior Associate chez Bär & Karrer en 2018. En 2021, il a obtenu son doctorat à l’Université de Saint-Gall pour sa thèse dans le domaine de l’arbitrage ; il a été admis au barreau la même année. En complément à son activité d’avocat, Linus Zweifel enseigne régulièrement à l’Université de Saint-Gall. Linus Zweifel est membre du comité de rédaction de la revue juridique pour le droit commercial, les marchés de capitaux et les restructurations (en allemand Schweizerische Zeitschrift für Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht sowie Umstrukturierungen, GesKR) et publie régulièrement des articles en lien avec ses domaines d'activité.
