Coca-Cola HBC AG: Successful Issuance and Placement of EUR 800 Million 2.375% Notes and Accession as Guarantor to Certain Existing Notes

In connection with its redomiciliation to Switzerland, Coca-Cola HBC AG (Coca-Cola HBC) has successfully completed (i) the placement of EUR 800 million 2.375% fixed-rate notes due 2020 issued by its subsidiary, Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. (CCHBC Finance) under its EUR 3 billion medium term note program established on 3 June 2013, and guaranteed, inter alia, by Coca-Cola HBC; and (ii) its accession as an additional guarantor to the outstanding EUR 500 million 7.875% notes due 2014; the EUR 600 million 4.250% notes due 2016; the USD 500 million 5.125% notes due 2013; and the USD 400 million 5.500% notes due 2015, each issued by CCHBC Finance.
