Bär & Karrer Advises IMPAG on the
Acquisition of Broadways Chemtech and
the Establishment of IMPAG India

IMPAG Group, headquartered in Zurich, is an international distribution and service company for specialty chemicals and raw materials serving the Life Science and Material Science industries. IMPAG Group has acquired Broadways Chemtech LLP, Mumbai, and established IMPAG India Private Limited, marking its entry into the Indian market. Broadways Chemtech is an established distributor of specialty and performance chemicals with more than 24 years of market experience in construction chemicals, coatings and selected industrial applications. The transaction complements IMPAG's established European platform with a local presence in India and strengthens its international supplier and customer relationships.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal advisor to IMPAG AG in this transaction, alongside Touchstone Partners (India).
