Bär & Karrer Advises the Sellers on the Sale of Variosystems

The owners of Variosystems AG sold the company to Capvis, a leading Swiss private equity firm. Variosystems is a global leader in electronics manufacturing services with customers from the industrial, medical, aviation, automotive and high-tech consumer sectors. The transaction is subject to approval by the competent merger control authorities.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to the Sellers in this transaction.
