Bär & Karrer Advises KKR on the Sale of its Stake in Scout24 Switzerland

KKR, a leading global investment firm, and other shareholders have sold their stakes in Scout24, Switzerland, to the insurance company Schweizerische Mobiliar. Schweizerische Mobiliar became a new shareholder in Scout24 alongside the Swiss media company Ringier.
