Bär & Karrer Advised Chubb on the Placement of USD 1 Billion Senior Notes

On 15 September 2020 Chubb INA Holdings Inc. issued EUR 1 billion Senior Notes due 2030 with an interest rate of 1.375%. The Senior Notes are unconditionally guaranteed by Chubb Limited, Zurich, Switzerland, and are registered on NYSE. The underwriters were represented by Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

Bär & Karrer acted as Swiss legal advisor to Chubb. The team included Urs Kägi and Lukas Roesler (both Capital Markets) as well as Daniel Lehmann (Tax).
