Bär & Karrer Advises EGSB on the
Acquisition of a Majority Stake in the
SERTO Group

EGS Beteiligungen AG (EGSB) acquired a majority stake in the SERTO Group, a specialist in the field of tube fittings and pipe connection components. The management of the SERTO Group remains invested.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to EGSB in this transaction.
