Acquisition of a 49% Stake in M. Dohmen

Archroma, a world-leading supplier of products and solutions to the textile, paper, adhesives, and coating industries and portfolio company of SK Capital Partners, has successfully acquired a 49% stake in M. Dohmen SA, a producer of dyestuff and chemicals for the automobile, carpet and textile industries.
