Capvis Completes Acquisition of a
Majority Stake in nicko tours group

Capvis, the leading private equity firm in Switzerland, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in the nicko tours group, the leading specialist for river cruises in German-speaking Europe. The founder and former owner of the nicko tours group, Ekkehard Beller, retains a significant stake in the company and continues his involvement as a member of the board of directors.
