Nadja Jaisli ist Co-Leiterin der Schiedsgerichtspraxis bei Bär & Karrer und befasst sich vorwiegend mit internationalen Schiedsverfahren und der Prozessführung vor Schweizer Gerichten. Sie hat breite Erfahrung als Parteivertreterin vor staatlichen Gerichten und in internationalen Schiedsverfahren (sowohl ad hoc als auch institutionell). Besondere Erfahrung hat Nadja Jaisli in den Bereichen Banken und Finanzdienstleistungen, Pharma und Bauwesen, und sie führt regelmässig komplexe Verfahren in Bezug auf M&A-Transaktionen, Joint Ventures und Aktionärbindungsverträge, Lizenz- und Lieferverträge sowie erbrechtliche Streitigkeiten. Neben ihrer Tätigkeit als Parteivertreterin ist Nadja Jaisli oft auch als Schiedsrichterin tätig (insbesondere unter ICC, Swiss, DIS und VIAC Rules).

Nadja Jaisli ist Vizepräsidentin der ICC Swiss Commission of Arbitration and ADR und Mitglied des Swiss Nomination Committee, welches dem ICC Schiedsgerichtshof in Paris Schiedsrichterkandidatinnen und -kandidaten vorschlägt. Sie ist zudem Mitglied des Executive Committee und des Vorstands der Schweizerischen Vereinigung für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit (ASA) und hält regelmässig Vorträge und publiziert im Bereich der internationalen Streitbeilegung. Sie ist in Chambers Global und Chambers Europe, Legal 500 sowie in Who's Who Legal für die Bereiche Arbitration und Litigation gelistet.
