Nadja Jaisli befasst sich vorwiegend mit internationalen Schiedsverfahren und der Prozessführung vor Schweizer Gerichten. Sie hat breite Erfahrung als Parteivertreterin vor staatlichen Gerichten und in internationalen Schiedsverfahren (sowohl ad hoc als auch institutionell, insbesondere ICC und Swiss Rules). Besondere Erfahrung hat Nadja Jaisli in den Bereichen Banken und Finanzdienstleistungen, Pharma und Transport, und sie hat komplexe Verfahren in Bezug auf M&A-Transaktionen, Joint Ventures und Aktionärbindungsverträge, Warenverkäufe sowie Lizenz- und Lieferverträge geführt. Neben ihrer Tätigkeit als Parteivertreterin ist Nadja Jaisli auch als Schiedsrichterin tätig (insbesondere unter ICC, Swiss, DIS und VIAC Rules).
