Infrastructure Switzerland 2 on an
investment in Swisspower Renewables

UBS Clean Energy Infrastructure Switzerland 2 KmGK (CEIS 2), an investment vehicle for institutional investors, has acquired a significant minority stake in the Swisspower Renewables AG (SPRAG). SPRAG invests in renewable energy in Italy and Germany.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to CEIS 2 and their investment management Fontavis AG in this transaction. The team included Phyllis Scholl and Raphael Wyss (both Energy, M&A) and Thomas Stoltz (Corporate).
