Bär & Karrer Advises Aduno Group on the
Acquisition of Accarda

Aduno Group has increased its participation in Swiss payment solutions specialist Accarda AG from 30% to 100% following an auction process for the acquisition of the 70% stake from Maus Frères SA.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to Aduno Group. The team includes Thomas U. Reutter, Daniel Raun, Anna Capaul and Manuela Cassano (M&A), Rashid Bahar, Martin Peyer and Michel Stübi (Regulatory), Mani Reinert (Competition), Laura Widmer and Laura Rubeli (Employment), Ralph Malacrida (Financing) as well as Mariel Hoch (Corporate/Commercial) and Jonas Bornhauser (IP).
