GRO, a leading Northern European private equity firm with an exclusive focus on high-quality B2B software companies with strong growth prospects, has made a strategic investment in Akselos SA, a creator of the world’s most advanced engineering simulation technology.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to GRO in this transaction.
