Bär & Karrer Advises AddSecure on the
Acquisition of LOSTnFOUND Group

AddSecure (a portfolio company of Castik Capital), a leading European provider of secure IoT connectivity solutions with a focus on secure critical communications and secure data, has entered into a share purchase agreement regarding the acquisition of LOSTnFOUND Group, a Swiss-based provider of location tracking and fleet management solutions.

Bär & Karrer acts as legal advisor to AddSecure in this transaction. The team is being co-led by Christoph Neeracher and Philippe Seiler and includes Elisabeth Rinderknecht, Adrian Zampieri and Dominique Nguyen (all M&A), Susanne Schreiber and Elena Kumashova (both Tax), Faton Aliu (Financing), Rehana Harasgama (Data Protection), Markus Wang, Jonas Bornhauser and Tobias Rebmann (all IP) as well as Laura Rubeli (Employment).
