Swiss Life acquired elipsLife from Swiss Re and entered into a partnership with Swiss Re for European Employee Benefits solutions. elipsLife is an insurance company for institutional clients, focusing on insurance products that cover the financial consequences of illness and accidents. Closing of the transaction is subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities.
