Cactus Life Sciences, a leading global scientific communications agency, has acquired nspm and eluSCIdate, the largest medcomms firm in Switzerland (with offices in the UK), with a particular expertise in rare diseases.

Bär & Karrer advised the selling shareholders of nspm and eluSCIdate in this transaction.
