Tiffany Ender’s practice focuses on banking, insurance and other financial market laws as well as on M&A, general corporate and commercial matters and related areas. In particular, she assists Swiss and foreign banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, fintech companies (such as providers of e-money services and other payment services) and other financial services providers in regulatory, contract and corporate law matters as well as in relation to M&A transactions.
