Bär & Karrer Advises GRO in QUMEA's
Series B Financing Round

GRO, a leading private equity firm focused on accelerating the growth of software companies in Northern Europe, has completed a strategic investment in QUMEA AG, a Swiss-based developer of radar-based, AI-powered patient monitoring solutions for hospitals and long-term care facilities.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to GRO on this investment.
