Purchase of La Tour Hospital Group

On February 26, 2013, HDLT Holding SA, held by the Luxembourg fund Pronia and advised by Gestron Services, purchased the La Tour group of hospitals, i.e., La Tour Réseau de Soins SA, Permanence de la Clinique de Carouge SA and La Tour Sàrl, from ColTour Sàrl, a company sponsored by Colony Capital.

The financing was arranged by Credit Suisse, advised by Bär & Karrer. The Bär & Karrer team included Till Spillmann, Ralph Malacrida, Benjamin Schärer as well as Daniel Lehmann and Michael Barrot (both tax).
