Bär & Karrer Advises Cognita in a Transaction which Allows International School Zurich North to Join Cognita

The leading global schools group Cognita, whose majority owner is Jacobs Holding, has acquired the Swiss-based International School – Zurich North (ISZN). With provision from Nursery to Year 12, ISZN educates 205 children and young people of the international community in Zurich. The school offers the IB curriculum for primary students and the IGCSE and International Advanced Level courses for secondary students.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Cognita in this transaction.
