Capvis to Acquire Majority Stake in
nicko tours group

Capvis, the leading private equity firm in Switzerland, has agreed on the purchase of a majority stake in the nicko tours group, the leading specialist for river cruises in German-speaking Europe. The founder and owner of the nicko tours group, Ekkehard Beller, will retain a significant stake in the company and will continue his involvement as a member of the board of directors.

Bär & Karrer acts as Swiss legal advisor to Capvis in the transaction. The team includes Christoph Neeracher, Philippe Seiler (both M&A), Till Spillmann (Financing) and Thomas Stoltz (Notary).
