Bär & Karrer Advises Midwinter Capital on the Acquisition of Rothschild & Co's Trust Business

On 24 October 2018, Midwinter Capital Ltd signed an agreement for the acquisition of Rothschild & Co's worldwide wealth planning and trust services business. The acquisition is led by Richard Martin, an executive of Rothschild & Co.
