Bär & Karrer Advises Cembra on the Acquisition of EFL Autoleasing

Cembra Money Bank AG (Cembra) signed an agreement to acquire EFL Autoleasing AG (EFL) from Auto-Interleasing AG. EFL is a well established auto lease and auto loan financing company based in Winterthur (Switzerland). At the end of June 2017, EFL had approx. CHF 280 million auto lease and loan receivables outstanding. The combined auto lease and loan business of Cembra will have net financing receivables of approx. CHF 1.9 billion.
