Strategic Business Combination with
Green-ty Advisory

AMCO | CPM, an international consulting group specializing in corporate performance management and CFO advisory and backed by funds advised by Deutsche Private Equity (DPE), has joined forces with Green-ty Advisory, a Paris-based corporate treasury consultancy. The transaction expands the group's offering for the Office of the CFO into corporate treasury.

The combination marks a further step in the development of the platform following the investment in CPM Partners by funds advised by DPE in 2025 and the combination with AMCO Solutions in 2026. DPE supports the growth of mid-sized businesses, with a particular focus on the DACH region.
