Bär & Karrer Advises xFarm Technologies
in Connection with its Financing Round
of EUR 17 Million

xFarm Technologies SA, a Swiss-Italian tech company supporting and simplifying the work of 110'000 farms spread over 1.5 million hectares in more than 100 countries around the world through its proprietary platform, secured one of Europe’s largest Series B funding rounds in the agritech sector, raising EUR 17 million. The round was led by Zurich-based Swisscom Ventures, with the participation of Neva SGR (Intesa Sanpaolo Group), Emerald Technology Ventures, NovaCapital and Grey Silo Ventures. United Ventures, lead investor of round A, also reinvested significantly.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to xFarm Technologies in this transaction. The team was led by Massimo Vanotti and included Sandro Gaggini, Rocco Rigozzi and Sebastiano Tela (all Startup and Venture Capital, Corporate) and Matthias Bizzarro (Tax).
