Bär & Karrer Advises the Sellers on the Sale of the Ruetschi Group

The shareholders of the Ruetschi Group, engaged in the development and production of high-tech implants and instruments for the medical industry, have sold their shares to Klingel Medical Metal Group, a portfolio company owned by IK Partners.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the sellers in this transaction. The team was co-led by Christoph Neeracher and Philippe Seiler and further included Carlo Hunter, Patrick Zumsteg and Dominique Nguyen (all M&A), Susanne Schreiber, Martin Leu and Kerim Tbaishat (all Tax), Markus Wang (IP/IT) as well as Thomas Stoltz and Ignaz Müller (both Notarial Services).
