Bär & Karrer Advises Valora on Sale of
Naville Distribution to 7Days Group

Valora has signed an agreement to sell its Naville logistics and distribution business to the Frankfurt based 7Days Group, the leading German press wholesaler. The transaction is subject to approval by the competent merger control authorities.

Bär & Karrer is acting as legal advisor to Valora in this transaction.
